About Shirdi & Shri Sai Baba
Shirdi is a small village in Rahata Taluka, Ahmednagar District, Maharashtra, best known as the home of Shri Sai Baba. Sai Baba first arrived in Shirdi at around 16 years of age and lived there for roughly 60 years — first at the Dwarkamai mosque, later at the Chavadi — teaching love, compassion and unity.
